DSP Card FX

Hi guys,

I got CPU overload after using Airwindows plugins that make my DSP unusable.

I would like to know if a factory restor of the DSP and reinstalling the latest version of Airwindows in the DSP can change that issue?

I install the Airwindows AU plugins in my Mac and found them not really CPU Heavy.

The plugins are great and make the Isla been better for me to use without my computer.

How can we fix that?

Does someone found other LV2 plugins that dont crash with Isla?

I would like to get mostly EQ’s/Comp/Reverbs/Filters/Delay.

The suite of Calf plugins are really good and cover a lot of these bread and butter effects, pretty low CPU cost in my experience. I think the site to dl is on the Plugin thread somewhere.

In addition to the aforementioned and awesome Calf stuff, here are some more links to check out:

I got a lot of plugins from this page that Brad shared in the DSP discussion thread:

Forum user Erik (I don’t know how to tag users, so I’m linking to his post) cooked up these plugins, some of which are really great:

Hi guys,

So i try the Calf plugins and they are really great and working greatly but i have a serious issue, when i save my project then load it after shut off/on some plugins seems to dont load properly and that make some audio tracks been totally muted even when i delete the plugin.

Even when i save the full DSP set before the Isla is off then try to load the save file that make the issue.

Didn’t know whats wrong…
