[FIXED] Kordbot+ Firmware Sep 30 2026

OK, so since I had a few headaches with my legacy SD cards from the earlier firmwares, I did some testing. I thought I had a bug with recalling the state of the sequencer but I think it’s more so in saving sequences. This seems to be repeatable for me:

  1. Format SD card, plug and unplug USB.

  2. Create sequence and save to the SD Card. In my case I left pattern 1 as 16 steps, played some piano chords on Track 1, changed Track 2 to mono and Octave to -2 and played in some bass notes, changed Track 6 to drum and step entered some drum notes

  3. Exit Pattern Edit mode

  4. Save sequence to SD Card as TEST

  5. Reload sequence from SD card. Track 1 and Track 6 patterns are now empty.

Seems you double posted here so i don’t know which came first.
We can’t guarantee compatibility between saved sessions from the beta version and the release version.
So can you confirm you are having this issue with saving from the release version?

Have reproduced this here. Good find @drpievann :+1:

Yes, sorry if it wasn’t clear but this was with a clean boot from the release version. I figured there were no guarantees on transfer of data from the betas and that I wouldn’t call it a bug until I could repeat it with the new software alone.

please try the latest firmware/updater on the support site.
let us know!

Thanks Brad, will do. I’m away this week so likely Monday before I can try that.

Yes, this seems to have fixed the problem for me - thank you!
