Hi all, I’ve seen elsewhere (Reddit?) that some people had issues with SD cards and had to reformat the card several times before getting it to read. I don’t think that’s the exact issue i’m having as the Kordbot sees the files on the SD card (after formatting it first in my computer and then reformatting it on the Kordbot itself first) but when i try and click on the .mid file on the SD card from the Kordbot it doesn’t seem to do anything. It doesn’t load chords but also doesn’t freeze up, just acts as if nothing happened.
I’ve tried reformatting the drive which didn’t seem to help (btw the drive is a 4gb Transcend SD) and tried several midi files but nothing seems to work. I restarted the device and tried to remove and remount the SD card but nothing seems to change the result. Wondering if anyone has any other ideas to try? Or perhaps @bradholland has some idea of what’s happening here?
Other than that so far the update has been excellent (and the web updater worked perfectly for me) and i’m excited to get deeper with it!
