Has anyone found a place to have one of these fixed? I’ve gone through the troubleshooting steps on the Support page here with no luck. Submitted a ticket and received a response initially, but after determining it needed to be repaired I’ve been ghosted, all support has gone silent. Any suggestions or advice from anyone who has had one of these repaired by a 3rd party vendor? Or has anyone had one repaired by Brad and team directly? Looking for some type of solution so that I can get this thing up and running again. Thanks.
