Hey Isla Electronics, hope all is well!
This audio dropout started right after I installed my DSP card into the s2400 and updated the firmware. It seems all other outputs are working correctly except for output 2 on outputs 1&2. At first I was getting very low volume from them both and then randomly, both 1 and 2 would drop out completely and then return. It now seems like its only affecting output 2, output 1 is staying steady. Not sure if this is a bug or something along those lines, I followed every step of installation and double checked all connections so I dont think its is a hardware issue. Your help would me much appreciated, Thank you!
this sounds more like your cables dude?
or could the socket for output 2 be physically damaged?
this isn’t a failure mode / bug I have encountered, unless others are experiencing it, and I would have thought we’d have heard about it by now.
with a brand new project, create 8 mono buses and then send just 1 track through each of them individually, sequentially.

Thank you for the quick response Brad! You were right, it ended up being a faulty cable. I swapped cables and it seems the outputs on the s2400 are all in working order. The audio is going in and out as i was shaking it, I did check all the wires and connections but I missed this, my apologies for wasting your time! Must have a faulty cable on output 1 as well now that i think of it lol. Thank you again, Brad!
