[SOLVED] Memory Pads playing +2 octave higher than normal

The memory pads were storing the correct octaves when I would retrigger then. Then I explored the internal library chords included with the new update. When I started to save my own chords again, they began playing back 2 octaves higher.

After some troubleshooting, I reloaded a file of chords I saved. And when I saved a new chord to the memory pads, it replayed in the correct octave.

Soon after, the odd behavior of playing +2 octaves higher returned. Is this a bug, or operator settings error?

I tried re-installing the most current firmware (I just put the .upt file back on the SD card) but the memory pads are still playing back +2 octaves higher. What is the process for a clean install of the new firmware?

Have you checked the Octave page settings? (Alt + <>)

I Didn’t know about this page, and yes this was the problem. The Mempads Octave was set at 2. I reset it to 0 and all is good now.

Somehow while jamming, it was changed to 2.
