login to the website (not the forum) and edit your profile details there.
This forum uses the website to authenticate you against.
In hindsight, that was a mistake but it’s too late to change now.

Thanks Brad. Great community! I love the interaction with us from you, your staff and developers. And the S2400 is a real game changer. Incredible sound and (despite some minor issues) a real mature OS. Thank you for following your dream (machine).
I changed my name on the main (www-)section and had to logout and login again to see the changes on the forum section. No biggie.
I’ve updated my display name on the main website (islainstruments.com) but it doesn’t seem to carry over to the forum.
Also every time I log out and then back into the forum it wipes out my custom uploaded avatar image with a new one, which is even stranger because it’s not the one I use on gmail either.
Same issue here, username change works on the main site but does not replicate to the forum. Logged out and in again, also cleared all cookies. Any hints? Thanks!

you have to do that on the website, and it should change your account here.
did that - changed the username on the website, but it did not reflect to here, any suggestions?
weird thing is i can still log in with my old username too, to both websites, but new username does not work at both
this forum is moving in a week or two, if you wouldn’t mind holding off until then..
