Hi folks - when I load “New Project”, pads A7&A8 are silent (wont preview or play sounds), but if i ‘copy’ pad A6 to A7 & A8, then they work. Is there a way to reset the new project file back to factory settings? Should I use the “clear everything” function?
if you delete the file s2400.set from your SD card it will clear any preferences/settings that deviate from factory.
try that and let us know.

Hey Brad thanks so much for the response. Yes I tried deleting the S2400.SET file from the SD card (I did this from USB MSC mode) and its still behaving the same. No sound from pads A7&A8 until I copy something from another pad. Its strange!
